Annual Pie Day
Every November, we invite our past clients to stop by for our annual Pie Day Giveaway. Each family receives a free apple or pumpkin pie, and more importantly, a chance to reconnect with our team. It’s one of our favorite traditions and a simple way to show how much we appreciate the families who trust us with their real estate needs.
Social Media Giveaways
Throughout the year, we host fun contests and giveaways on our social media channels. These are a great way to stay connected with our community, give back in small but meaningful ways, and keep the spirit of celebration going beyond transactions.
Children’s Coloring Contests
In our monthly newspaper, we occassionally feature a coloring contest for kids. It’s a lighthearted way to involve families, spark creativity, and bring some fun to the mailbox each month.

Summer Pool Parties
We kick off and close out the summer with pool parties for our agents and their families. It’s a chance to relax, recharge, and enjoy time together outside of the office.
Holiday Party & Awards Night
At the end of the year, we come together for our annual holiday celebration. With food, karaoke, and awards, it’s a night to look back on everything our team accomplished and to celebrate the people who made it possible.
Call Nights
Our themed Call Nights combine prospecting with team energy. Agents gather at the office to make calls, enjoy food, and compete in contests with prizes. It turns what could feel like routine work into a high-energy, supportive event that helps everyone win.
